We’re looking for a highly experienced real estate administrative assistant to join our group at the Downtown Sarasota location. The position demands focus, accuracy, and schedule flexibility. Knowledge and expertise in all areas of technology pertinent to the real estate industry is a must. Responsibilities include handling all aspects of the listing and contract processes including preparation of all listing documents and promotional materials for the agent's listing appointments, contract preparation, coordinating vendor's services, tracking critical transaction dates, scheduling photography, accompanying showings, overseeing important deadlines, interacting with clients and coordinating schedules for final walkthroughs and other appointments. You’ll also work with the team to manage the production of all marketing materials. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, and a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process.
