We’re hiring a motivated real estate assistant to join our growing team. This is NOT a sales or outbound prospecting role. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents, managing a client database, coordinating and notifying clients of important deadlines, and planning appointments such as home showings, inspections, and final walkthroughs. You’ll also support by attending some appointments. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented.   • Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing high-quality print and digital marketing materials
  • Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness
  • Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized
  • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
  • Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner
  • Great written and verbal skills
  • Either already has or is working towards real estate license

  • Project management experience
  • Experience with Google Drive & Google Calendar
  • Flexible schedule working some evenings and weekend days
  • Detail oriented
  • Executive assistant experience

$60,000 - $90,000 yearly
