Looking for a self-motivated and dedicated administrative assistant for a top-producing real estate agent. If you like working in a dynamic, customer-focused, marketing-based position, this is for you! You will be responsible for a variety of projects including marketing, administrative tasks, and some client interaction. This includes helping to manage a client database, submit paperwork for sales transactions, schedule showing appointments, request feedback from agent showings, coordinate schedules for appraisals, inspections, walkthroughs. You’ll also utilize the company marketing portal to create marketing materials for listed homes, create and send newsletters, and manage social media accounts. Must be flexible to work some evenings and weekends, including being available for phone calls on Saturdays and open houses on Sundays. Out-of-the-office work is required, including picking up keys, installing lockboxes, opening doors from time to time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, and a friendly client-friendly demeanor.
