We’re searching for a diligent real estate administrative assistant/transaction coordinator. You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walk thru's, and provide superb customer service.
You'll work alongside the Team Leader/listing agent to support with all of the team listings including entering into MLS, contact with sellers on a weekly basis via phone and email, and marketing. Once the listing is under contract, you will take the parties to a smooth closing. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved as well as be in contact with the co-broke agent, lender and title company throughout the process.
You will assist the buyer agents on the team once they go under contract and support the agent with some of the above processes similar to the sellers.
You will also assist with online and offline marketing, website, and social media. Supporting in assigning leads to the agents on the team and managing the CRM database. Generating monthly market reports and birthday cards for past clients, and creating new mailers for potential clients.
