We’re searching for a diligent real estate administrative assistant/office manager with a positive attitude. You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. Real estate transactions start to finish as a listing coordinator and transaction coordinator. Be a team great player helping the team members grow. In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to market our brand and arrange company events.   • Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close, assist lead agent and help with the process for the team
  • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough. Supervise all parts of seller transactions, from first contact to the execution of purchase agreement, allowing real estate agents to sell more homes
  • Gather all listing information including property photos, pre-listing materials, comparative market analysis with online property profiles, and MLS research
  • Acquire the necessary signatures for each listing agreement, sellers’ disclosures, and other required documentation and send them to the real estate broker for file compliance
  • Ensures postings of new listings to social media, create neighborhood mailing and calling lists, MLS input to sell homes quickly and give customers an excellent experience
  • Help obtain vendor estimates and schedule cleanings and repairs on homes getting ready to be listed to sell
  • Arrange public open houses and get feedback regarding the showings
  •  Enter sales activity into the client databases and track business reports to present progress toward company goals
  • Supports teams’ agents and always looking for ways to improve systems with continuing education with market changes, ways to help grow our business
  • Manages all aspects of the office, order supplies, and perform other administrative tasks as needed

  • Either already has or is working towards real estate license
  • Great written and verbal skills
  • Must have high school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry
  • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
$16 - $20 hourly
