We’re looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to be the team leader's right-hand man/woman, to oversee important deadlines and notify clients when necessary, and coordinate schedules for final walkthroughs and other appointments. You’ll also work with the team to manage the production of all marketing materials and help put a lot of marketing ideas into action. You will facilitate local events to foster connections with people in the community and more. We are looking for a can-do person that is willing to multi-task and be a can-do person. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service and a strong understanding of the real estate transaction processor can learn quickly and a hunger to grow our team! Responsibilities
  • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings
  • Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events
  • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
  • Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team

  • Help market the team and brainstorm ways to help growth

Qualifications
  • Communicates well, both verbally and written

  • Has a Real Estate license or is willing to obtain one
  • Is a real team player w/ motivation and loyalty
  • Has great social media skills and understands boosting, paid ads, Instagram, hashtags, etc.
  • Great computer skills


Compensation
$12 - $20 hourly
