We’re looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to be the team leader's right-hand man/woman, to oversee important deadlines and notify clients when necessary, and coordinate schedules for final walkthroughs and other appointments. You’ll also work with the team to manage the production of all marketing materials and help put a lot of marketing ideas into action. You will facilitate local events to foster connections with people in the community and more. We are looking for a can-do person that is willing to multi-task and be a can-do person.
