Position Overview

This is a full-time role as an administrative position for Garrison Comstock. For this role, you’ll need to live in or near Redondo Beach. Hours for this role are 8 am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday; on occasion there is a need to work additional hours on evenings and weekends.


The mission of an administrative assistant is to stay five steps ahead of their leader, tracking all of the details, and clearing the path for him to make his greatest contribution to his business. The administrative assistant will be a key asset by anticipating needs at an, especially high level, allowing him to prospect, build the business and develop vision and strategy for all aspects of his real estate business so that he can reach his goals.

While repetitive tasks are certainly part of this position, the tasks assigned can vary from week to week based on the needs of the business. The most important responsibility of the Administrative Assistant is to ensure that tasks and projects are complete with a high level of efficiency, confidentiality, accuracy, flexibility, and positivity in order to support the initiatives of the business.


  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Maintain client database on chosen CRM
  • Manage marketing objective
  • Manage website
  • Research the MLS for properties
  • Business tracking
  • Plan Community Events and manage brand building
  • Strengthen skills and learn new ones by participating in training opportunities
  • Open house preparation
  • Social Media management
  • Expense management on Quickbooks - income, business expense tracking
  • Manage transaction and client workflows
  • Draft professional emails for clients
  • Prepare pre-list, listing, and buyer consultation packages
  • Manage listings - price reductions, showings, marketing, follow-up
  • Manage mass email campaigns
  • Create marketing brochures
  • Follow action plans on chosen CRM
  • Escrow transaction management 
  • Project management on Trello
  • Maintain Google Drive
  • Process files
  • Data entry
  • Goal tracking


  • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
  • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
  • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
  • Must have a car and insurance
  • Must live in or near South Bay of Los Angeles

$16 - $20 hourly
