We are a fun, fast-paced real estate team that is seeking a Real Estate Assistant who can effectively assist our agents and valued home buyers and sellers. Applicants should enjoy helping people, and continually learning how to streamline our processes.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and inspections
- Assist agents in scheduling home showings and appointments
- Updating information in the MLS
- Manage customer database and generate qualified leads
- Prepare listing materials, pre-listing presentations, listing agreements, CMAs, etc
- Show properties and meet with contractors, if applicable
- Provide concierge-level customer service to our clients
- Consult and coordinate with sellers all property photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, signage, lockbox, access requirements, and marketing activities
- Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from initial contact to executed purchase agreement
- Passionate about serving people and providing excellent customer service
- Applicants should be organized with strong verbal and written skills
- Experience in the real estate industry or previous sales/customer service experience
- Active Virginia Real Estate Salesperson license or actively pursuing license is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and strong execution skills
