Job location is East Lyme, CT.

The Team Leader Assistant (TLA) shall be a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of CT. The TLA will be one of the first points of contact for most customers and clients for the Bowes Team Leader. The TLA must be detail-oriented, efficient, reliable, energetic, and quick-thinking with outstanding organizational skills. TheTLA must have the ability to cultivate positive relationships, provide exceptional customer service and be technology savvy.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Team Leader's calendar and email.
  • Prepare Pre-Listing Packages, Listing Presentations and CMAs.
  • Prepare all listing paperwork, Manage photography and room measurements.
  • Manage signage and lockboxes.
  • Manage incoming showing requests for Team Leader.
  • Schedule Team Leader Buyer showing appointments.
Qualifications
  • A CT Real Estate License is required for this job.
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or administration is preferred.
Compensation
$15 - $20 hourly
