We are looking for a talented Real Estate Assistant to be responsible for a wide range of tasks. Our ideal candidate is INDEPENDENT and HIGHLY MOTIVATED. Must enjoy customer service and showing off your marketing skills.
Areas of Focus:
Maintain Structure: You will play an essential part in continuing to build the business. You will follow systems, checklists and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office and be in charge of all database management.
Manage Deal Flow: You will prepare the agent for Listing Appointments, assist with showings and inspections, organize pre-listing packages and their delivery, plus client care.
Marketing Assistance: You will have an eye for design and oversee all marketing materials which includes managing all listings including writing listing descriptions, scheduling the photographer, managing websites, and leveraging social media.
Support and Serve: In this role, you will provide an executive level of administrative support to the team to leverage them to a higher level. This may include but is not limited to phone and email management, calendar organization, task management and lead management. You will provide a concierge-level of customer service and serve as the first point of contact for clients.
Key Software Proficiency:
Candidate MUST live within a 30-minute commute of Boulder, CO and MUST have their own car, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.

Salary: Annual salary of $35,000-$45,000

Hours: Full-time, 40+ hrs / week M-F, some flexibility on the weekends required
