We’re looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to oversee important deadlines and notify clients when necessary, track important key performance indicators and act as a bridge between our inside sales team and customers. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, and a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process.   • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry

  • Receive incoming calls
  • Intercept calls and provide assistance to those who require it (eg. Sellers, buyers, agents, etc)
  • Take Quick-Over-the-Phone Home evaluations
  • Update contact management system with details of all offers
  • Track numbers for Team Performance
  • Launch Conditional or After Sale Plan in contact management system
  • Ensure accuracy and follow up activities on all leads
  • Schedule appointments for OSAs after ISA books appointment with client
  • Follow up on all appointments to ensure all notes and follow up activities are scheduled.
  • Send a video message to all appointments welcoming them and confirming their appointment
  • Communicate with new agents to support recruiting efforts
  • Other office related duties as necessary

  • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
  • Real estate license preferred
  • Communicates well, both verbally and written

Must have a Maryland Real Estate License and want to help our amazing customers. Must be organized, hard-working and possess a pleasant telephone manner and good people skills. Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30AM-5PM, Saturday 10AM-3PM.
