We’re searching for a diligent real estate administrative assistant. You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to market our brand and arrange company events in the community.   • Comply with tax withholding processes and legal requirements
  • Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner
  • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork
  • Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching
  • Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood

  • Oversee all aspects of the administration of the agent’s business
  • Create and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up, and all office administration
  • Coordinate the purchasing of any office equipment, marketing materials, and any other business-related supplies and materials
  • Create and update a business operations manual and all job descriptions/employment contracts for any future hires
  • Hold agent(s) accountable for conducting all agreed-upon lead generation activities
  • Ensure that all agent activities are limited to listing a property, showing property, negotiating contracts, and lead generation.
  • Active Client Management Duties to include Pre-Listing, Contract-To-Close, and Post Sales
  • Marketing and Business Development

  • Must have high school diploma or GED
  • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
  • Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends
  • License for real estate is preferred but not required
  • Communicates well, both verbally and written

  • Prior Real Estate experience (REQUIRED)
  • Possesses an in-depth understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) - (required)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information
  • Either already has or is working towards a real estate license
  • Social media savvy

  • Comfortable in front of a camera (you will be sending videos to clients)
