We are searching for an Asset Manager who has a high level of attention to detail, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. Your job will be responsible for evaluating houses the company has in contract, interfacing with sellers, contractors, vendors, agents, buyers, and managing the regional escrow and operations team. The Asset Manager must be familiar with escrow and title, valuation, renovations, listing, and resale, etc. This critical position requires someone with an exceptional attitude and a drive to get things done. Responsibilities

  • Manage and leads the company’s regional real estate portfolio and initiatives
  • Oversee the reporting process of all property and operation related items in a timely and efficient manner
  • Supervise the implementation of all capital improvement projects
  • Oversee the purchase, rehabilitation, and resale of all properties in a given market.
  • Focus on revenues, expenses, occupancy, and capital expenditures of all regional properties
  • Conduct market and demographic research, as well as leading site selection and property tours with teams and third-party service providers
  • Regularly and efficiently communicates with all parties involved in a project
  • Utilize CRM system to keep all information on properties up-to-date

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Experience with Title, Escrow, Property Valuation, Construction, and Property Resale in residential real estate is REQUIRED
  • Prior experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, etc. preferred.
  • High attention to detail
  • Highly systems and process driven
  • Highly proficient with Excel, Google Docs, CRM

Compensation
$80,000 - $120,000 yearly
