You are working with an Entrepreneur who owns 6 different businesses in the Real Estate industry. The position you are applying for is to run the day-to-day sales, operations, and the overall growth of his real estate practice. Scott has helped people buy, sell and invest in real estate since 2002. On average, we help 35 to 50 families per year with a sales revenue of around $40M.
The major difference between this career opportunity versus the others on the job board is you are walking into an existing 20-year real estate business with over 1,000 past clients. Yes, we will still prospect for a new business but this does not include cold calling, door knocking, or flier drops. Simply, we succeed through our existing relationships with people who like us, appreciate us, and support us. In doing so, we deliver value to them and thank them for their referrals by taking them out to lunch, delivering gifts, and inviting them to our quarterly parties. So if you have a creative side and you enjoy throwing parties, this is an added bonus. Our phone calls are to invite them to FUN parties that you planned rather than making cold calls and asking if they are looking to sell, buy or invest in real estate. HUGE difference.
You will earn the right to become an extension of Scott, as the lead agent. You will assist Scott’s clientele with the purchase and sale of their real estate investments. In addition, you will be responsible to throw 3 to 4 client appreciation parties per year. This will ensure that we stay top of mind to continue to grow our referral business. In doing so we will grow year over year by 10%. The beautiful advantage is you will get to include your sphere of influence in all of the marketing that Scott provides for his own friends and family. This will help launch your opportunities to be in a position to work with your friends and family.
You will learn what it takes to run a profitable, predictable, and scalable real estate business.
By the way, we are surrounded by support to execute and help carry out your vision. You will need to roll up your sleeves and help when needed but you will have a lot of support. So if you are an amazing person with exceptional communication skills you will have the support team right by your side eager to help.
