As a Real Estate Apprentice we will support you through the licensing course, passing the exam, training on contracts, training in the field & shadowing. You will be taught the skills needed, with a supportive team and in a fun environment to being building your business!
We substitute monthly fees for constant support, marketing, full transactions support services, and the best lead generation program in the state!
Everything you need as an agent will be provided to you with the support and accountability needed to succeed, grow and HAVE FUN!
- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales and learn how to overcome objections
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Show good organizational and time management skills
