Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated appointment setter. This is an amazing opportunity for a discipled salesperson and/or real estate agent who wants NO INCOME LIMITS while having an actual set schedule. You will hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add appointments to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people over the phone. - Primary duties include outbound calling utilitizing company sales scripts and converting inbound calls to clients
- Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
- Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
- Management of the database system including attaching the correct automatic followup plan for each prospect
- Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline.
- Produce sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Over 1 year of experience telemarketing/appointment setting experience
- Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired but not required
- Must have experience using CRM/batabase software
- Must be a quick learner
