**Upon submission of application, applicants will be emailed a request to do a one-way interview. This must be completed within 48 hours of application**

• Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
• Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
• Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
• Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers

• Call prospective clients and set appointments for one of our agents to meet them
• Confirm appointments with prospective clients
• Collect Notes and Results from Appointments

• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
• At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
