This is a work from home position that could be both part-time or full time!

Our Appointment Screener position is responsible for calling sellers, asking them some basic questions, and then assigning one of our agents to go out and meet with them at their home.

This is a desk job that requires you to spend most of your time on the phone. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor and enjoy carrying conversations from start to finish.


  • Organize all of the appointments at the start of the day that need to be called
  • Call through the list of appointments, asking a series of questions that we give you
  • Assign the correct agent based on the rules that we give you
  • You will be responsible to make a minimum number of calls per day

  • Enjoys making conversation and extending conversations past the basic questions that we give
