Heroes Home Team is hiring a trainee/apprentice to become a full-time licensed real estate agent. We will reimburse your pre-licensing course tuition fee once you get hired. Upon your hire, you’ll start a six-month in-depth training program (part or full-time) which consists of calling our clients to invite them to events, following up with prospective buyers or sellers, running errands, promoting client open houses, and more. Since you are unlicensed, your activities will be pre-approved by an attorney opinion letter. While you study during this time to pass your real estate licensing test (either in person or online), you’ll shadow us to learn how to write and negotiate contracts. Once licensed, you may apply for a promotion to listing or buyer’s agent to work with your own clients. This is also your opportunity to earn a significant pay increase. • Calling our warm prospects to invite them to online seller workshops
• Calling our unconverted warm leads to ask them if they still want to buy or sell a home=
• Calling our friends, family, and past clients to invite them to appreciation events 
• Running errands from time to time in your car (installing signs, pre-appointment kits, etc)
• Putting out flyers to neighbors when a home goes pending that we have more buyers
• Shadowing a licensed agent to learn how to work directly with your own clients
• Studying to pass your real estate license exam within 6 months of your hire

• Ability to work part or full time as an employee
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Confidence to speak with people you don’t know on the telephone
• Writing skill to communicate effectively via business email
• Stability to show up to work consistently for your scheduled shift
• Desire to become a licensed real estate agent for your long-term career
