We are hiring a virtual (remote) Real Estate Agent Services Coordinator (ASC)! Come join our growing team of Virtual ASCs that provide support to Keller Williams Market Centers!
The objective of this position is to support the Market Centers & real estate agents in technology training, technology support, onboarding, and leadership development!
This role requires prior knowledge of KW systems and technologies, including KW Command.
This is a multifaceted position that demands flexibility, patience, and the ability to come up with creative solutions and implement them with confidence and kindness. The right person for this position will have self-discipline and the drive to work alone, but is also able to collaborate well in a team setting and speak to large groups of people as well as have individual conversations with a multitude of different types of people in the industry.
The role will be expected to work in coordination with market center leadership, track checklists, conduct training classes, create new systems, and resolve technology issues via email, phone, and zoom.
The role will be expected to:
- Support market center leadership in agent onboarding, tech support, training, and digital marketing
