We are in need of a professional real estate recruiter to help us identify driven new agents who can meet the demands of our growing real estate business. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to agents, ensuring their abilities align with our high-performance standards, and evaluating if they’re a great culture fit for the team.   • Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private
  • Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful
  • Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program
  • Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected
  • Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business

  • You will prospect for new agents on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources that we provide
  • Screen, recruit and interview potential agents
  • On-board new agents
  • This position demands someone who is positive, energetic, and looking to grow (both personally and professionally) You would be the first point of contact for all who interact with our office
  • Present yourself and our team in a way that exudes class and confidence
  • Excellent computer skills including experience with a CRM system or database to build and maintain the pipeline
  • At this present time, remote work is available. However, some potential candidates may want to meet by Zoom or at one of our 4 office locations. Hours typically Monday- Friday from 9 am - 6 pm flexible hours are available
  • Compensation is Bonus + 100% commission Plan
  • Cold calling is required for this position (25-30 outbound prospecting calls a day)

  • 4-year college degree required
  • At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field
  • Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills
  • Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well

  • Aggressive, competitive and growth-oriented
  • Follow up with candidates-- results-focused with a strong performance
  • People-oriented - Contact potential Real Estate Agents to communicate the benefits of joining our team
  • Explain our value proposition to Agents, showing how we can help them sell more homes and achieve work-life balance
  • College Degree is not required; if the candidate has work-related experience

Remote - Even though this position is remote there will be times you have to meet in person, We are only looking for candidates located in Houston.

$40,000 - $150,000 Bonus upon hire +Commission plan
