The Recruiter is responsible for recruiting new talent to the organization as well as retaining current talent. They also are responsible for the growth and profitability of the office.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit new and experienced Sales Associates to join the brokerage
  • Develop and maintain marketing systems
  • Develop and maintain CRM of potential recruits
  • Plan and lead training classes
  • Plan and conduct existing Agent training
  • Ensure all new associates experience an amazing on-boarding process
  • Help increase Agent production
  • Drive brokerage initiative for growth and retention
  • Attend company and industry functions as a representative of the company

  • Florida Real Estate Broker License (must attain within 90 days)
