What you’ll be doing
As the Operations Manager for our team, you will be overseeing, managing, and coordinating a number of processes that keep clients, transactions, and small renovation projects on track, while learning how to be a top-tier Realtor in San Francisco. During the first 18 to 24 months in this role, you'll learn the ins and outs of all things that will make you a top S.F. Realtor. After your first 24th months on the job, you'll start doing some of your own deals and earning your own commission checks. Transitioning to a full-time, lead agent, can be the goal of the person in this role. The transition to a full-time independent agent on our team will take 36 to 48 months.

You’re enthusiastic about the Real Estate business and are eager to support a team of like-minded, high-performing, and personable individuals. You already have (or are willing to get) your Real Estate License. You love forging relationships and talking to folks all day. "No two days are alike" is your ideal working environment.
The Operations Manager will have three major roles within the team:
Vendor manager/Listing prep lead
In-office operations manager
