- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose the best solutions that suit them
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork (listing paperwork, purchase agreements, closing statements, etc)
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Ensure follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask, manage time, organize and prioritize activities
- Ability to work independently
- Great honesty and integrity skills
- Outstanding computer skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- A valid Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one is required for this job
$60,000+ (Commission Based)
