I understand that you may be working at a real estate brokerage as a solo agent or a member of another real estate team who promised you leads, support, and training but fail to provide you with all three. You understand your potential and are working hard to clear a path toward your goals, but currently lack the support you need to achieve them. 

Many brokerages promise to provide leads, structure, coaching, and other resources but fail to make good on their word once they’ve drawn you in. As a result, 87% of all new agents fail within five years of working in the industry. In Minnesota, the average Realtor only sells three to four homes per year.

The reason so many agents drop out of the business is simple: They don’t know what they’re doing. This often isn’t their fault. It’s an unfortunate truth of our industry that the majority of brokerages or real estate teams out there don’t properly educate or equip their agents to make real estate a full-time career. You can’t make a living off of selling three homes per year.

Even the most hardworking agent won’t get anywhere if they aren’t headed in the right direction and don’t have the right support.

Responsibilities
  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then show properties that meet those needs
  • Conduct open houses to promote agency listings
  • Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Attract prospective clients to promote new business
  • Have local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties and the surrounding neighborhood

Measureables

  • 100% of Sales Goal Hit.
  • 12+ Zillow Reviews/Year with 4+ Stars Rating.
  • 2 self-set met appts/month (from team leads and/or SOI). For that, we believe no less than 100+ dials are needed.
  • Meeting minimum metrics below on conversion for team set appointments (25% first year, 30-40%+ second year+)
  • 10 hours of proactive prospecting (5 hrs) and follow ups (5 hrs) every week with notes in our systems.
Qualifications
  • Current Real Estate License in Minnesota. Please do not apply if you are not licensed or do not intend on being licensed within then next 30 days
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Technology driven
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
Compensation
$100,000+ annually
