We will Train You: Our 90 Day, Fast Start Program gives you everything you need to get off to a successful start in the real estate business. It's not easy but when you graduate you will have the skills of an agent with several years in the business.
Compensation: We expect our agents to quickly be in the $75,000+ income range. Your income will be in direct proportion to your efforts while following the systems we have taught you. There is no ceiling on your income or success on our team.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Track record of success including one year or more of successful sales experience
- College degree (preferred)
- Texas real estate license
