Who you are:

You're a self-motivated, people oriented, friendly, and honest individual. You are passionate about real estate and eager to succeed. You have goals and are looking for the guidance and accountability to achieve them.

You may not yet be licensed, and are looking for answers on how to begin a career in real estate, or you may already be an experienced agent, looking to advance your career.

Responsibilities
  • Provide world class customer service to clients and customers.
  • Always be consulting by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice.
  • Manage incoming leads by phone, email and the Follow Up Boss CRM. 
  • Convert leads from customers to clients.
  • Identify homes that meet buyer’s criteria and have a flexible schedule.
  • Assist sellers with correctly pricing their homes and obtaining the highest price while providing excellent customer service.
  • Write and negotiate contracts for clients.
  • Able to handle, track, and close several team leads per month.
  • Call, convert, prospect your own sphere of influence to generate additional leads.
  • Hold open houses regularly.
  • Willing to do what it takes to help your clients achieve their goal.
Qualifications
  • Drive and initiative to make $75,000 to $125,000 or more in income.
  • Connecticut Real Estate License or soon to complete the process.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market.
  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.
  • Updated smart phone with texting, Internet, and Email capabilities.
  • Must understand social media platforms.
  • High level of motivation to succeed.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to scripts and dialogues.
  • Willing to adjust your work schedule based on your client's needs.
Compensation
Salary: $75,000 - $125,000 Commission based
