We have an immediate opening for a Client Success/Transaction Coordinator with some executive assistant duties to assist real estate executives. You'll work in a fast-paced real estate office assisting our team of top flight Buyers Agents while managing contracts to closing, and working in tandem with the Client Success Manager and CFO in Rehoboth Beach, DE. We offer an exciting atmosphere in a people-oriented business.

This position requires a great memory, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions and balance multiple deadlines... all while maintaining tact, finesse, discretion and empathy for the client’s concerns in sometimes stressful situations.
Good word processing and computer skills are a must including high technical proficiency in computing, multiple software platforms and mobile technology.
Real Estate Experience is a plus, but we will train the right person. This is a great place to work so we are very selective about who we invite into our family.
