Experienced Real Estate Administrative Assistant / Transaction and Marketing Coordinator needed!

Seeking an expert to join our busy real estate team in Center City/Graduate Hospital, Philadelphia. This is a full-time position, available for immediate start.

This is an exciting, fast paced position, that will handle a variety of responsibilities including administrative duties, transaction coordination, processing and marketing. Endless growth opportunities within the company, dependent on applicant's career goals.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year Real Estate experience is required.
  • Valid Real Estate License preferred, but not required
  • Education: High School or higher
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Capable of multi-tasking at a high level
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Innovative problem solving skills
  • Ability to develop and implement efficient processes

Compensation
$30,000 - $50,000 yearly
