The Details:

Location/commute: Ann Arbor, Michigan. 

Candidate MUST live within a 30-minute commute of Ann Arbor and MUST have their own car, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.

Type of employment/hours: Full-time, 40+ hrs, M-F, weekend flexibility is required

Compensation: $15 - $20/hr based on experience

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate plays an active role in the transaction process, pays attention to the details and knows how to prioritize their responsibilities without direction. We seek someone who will handle all communication with a polished etiquette and finesse.

Your duties will also include:

  • Handling of database management
  • Help scale operations as the business grows
  • Provide an executive level of administrative support. This may include, but is not limited to, phone and email management, calendar organization, filing, and task management
  • Prepare properties for listing and schedule showings; attend inspections and coordinate vendors
  • Serve as the key contact person for clients by providing a concierge-level of service 
  • Implement and manage systems and procedures

Qualifications

Required experience and knowledge:

  • 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or an Administrator to a Realtor or real estate office
  • General understanding and knowledge of the real estate sales cycle and managing transactions
  • An active MI real estate license is highly preferred; if you have real estate experience but you are not licensed, we encourage you to apply; you can earn your real estate license shortly after

We’re also looking for mastery of the following:

  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
  • Real estate software experience or the ability to self-teach
  • Candidate must have smartphone and be willing to get email on that phone

Compensation
$15 - $20/hr based on experience
