FULL-TIME SCHEDULER (entry level)

We are seeking a Full-Time Scheduler to join our busy recruiting company in the Real Estate industry! This is a massive opportunity to grow and be a part of something BIG.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Communication: communicates clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
  • Interpersonal skills - able to work effectively with other employees
  • PC skills - demonstrates proficiency in PC applications as required
  • Policies and Procedures - demonstrates knowledge and understanding of organizational policies, procedures and systems
  • Basic skills - able to perform time zone calculations, punctuate properly, spell correctly and transcribe accurately

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Scheduler will provide support in the recruitment process assisting with interview scheduling and tracking. This is a very task-driven position that involves extensive calendar management and data entry. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews
  • Tracking the interview and recruiting process
  • Identifying process improvements to enhance overall procedures and systems related to the support of the Talent Acquisition team's goals

Qualifications

EDUCATION

High school diploma or GED required


EXPERIENCE

Prior scheduling experience preferred

Compensation
$10.00-$12.00 per hour, based on experience
