Seeking full-time right-hand Licensed Real Estate Administrative Assistant to assist high producer Broker in managing real estate transactions/business.

MUST hold a New Jersey real estate license

Our Administrative Professional will play an integral role in our mission to create a first-class buying and selling experience for all of our clients. An individual who takes pride in their work and is passionate about helping us succeed is imperative.

The ideal candidate is an outgoing and upbeat self-starter with a can-do attitude who thoroughly enjoys interacting with others.
• Prior experience in administration in real estate, leasing, title, or mortgages is required.
• Strong computer, communication, and follow up-skills are essential.
• The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical to this position.

This role requires a pleasant and calm demeanor along with the ability to deliver superior customer service to our clients throughout stressful situations that may arise during their home buying or selling process. Our Administrative Professional must be someone who adheres to the highest ethical standards, possesses impeccable attention to detail, and exhibits an exceptionally professional manner.

This is an excellent position for the licensed agent who prefers to receive a weekly paycheck rather than wait for commissions.

  • Manage real estate transactions from client to close
  • Act as a liaison between clients and agents/follow up
  • Database management
  • Entering updated listings in MLS
  • Enter critical dates for property sales on shared Google Calendar/Asana
  • Oversee all listing files and listing marketing (brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc.)
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports to clients (buyers and sellers)
  • Keep Broker informed about challenges and issues that require attention
  • Provide concierge-level customer service to clients and customers


  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google, databases and various social media platforms
  • Detail-oriented with high-level accuracy when working with documents
  • Possess superior problem-solving skills and a strong drive to find solutions
  • Ability to work independently to assess, prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
  • Can be flexible in your routine and act quickly as priorities change
  • Deadline driven, extremely organized, proven multi-tasker

$25 per hour + bonuses
