The Real Estate Office Manager is a leader who will handle all functions of our office. Must be self-motivated, have strong customer service skills, organizational skills, leadership skills, the ability to problem solve and be detail oriented. A can-do, pleasant attitude and the ability to work independently is a must. True North Homes, Inc. powered by REALTOR®/Broker Associate Kara Courtney at Windermere Homes & Estates is seeking a detail oriented, tech savvy, creative, self-starter who strives for excellence, loves running towards goals and is actively seeking to improve on their knowledge and skill. This position will support in all areas of the business and manage the day-to-day operations with a primary focus of ensuring client satisfaction, increasing referrals and supporting business growth.

The Real Estate Office Manager reports directly to the owner and is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily running and management of the team, escrows and client relations. Duties include managing phone and e-mail communications, preparing client materials, oversight of routine updates to websites, routine daily activities, managing the company calendar and social media, as well as partner management.

CA real estate sales license strongly preferred, and real estate experience is required. Position is available for immediate start.

Responsibilities

Our ideal Real Estate Office Manager candidate will have experience with transaction assistance and general office support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Listing Support (Listing to Contract)
  • Transaction Support (Contract to Closing)
  • Marketing and Database Support
  • Administrative Support
Qualifications
  • Experience in Real Estate or Transaction Coordination
  • Excellent leadership, customer service and organizational 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written skills
  • Ability to multitask, work in an environment where frequent interruptions may occur 
  • Ability to lead while working collaboratively and independently 
  • Management ability with team members, clients and vendors
  • Strong leadership qualities; ability to supervise, train and motivate staff
  • Friendly, outgoing personality, able to work with broker associates, clients, and the public
  • Computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, e-mail, Facebook, Instagram, CRMs
  • Comfort with coordinating multiple projects and initiatives all while maintaining accuracy
  • Some flexibility to work schedule, but must be able to work Monday through Friday
  • A valid Real Estate License is highly encouraged for this job
Compensation
$15 - $20 / hour
