Currently seeking an Office Assistant. This position is part-time that will grow in to full-time. To start it would be 20-25 hours a week.
I am seeking an organized professional who can streamline all efforts of my real estate business for increased productivity. I need someone dedicated to supporting my business growth by creating an environment of responsiveness and caring for myself, my clients, business associates, and community.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), the ability to multitask, efficient and detail-oriented, be comfortable with tech and social media. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required. Experience using the MLS is helpful but not required. No selling involved but must enjoy helping and interacting with our clients. This critical position requires someone who can be interrupted frequently, maintain an exceptional attitude, joyfully serve others and share my belief that people come first.
Responsibilities will include managing clients, their files, inventory and databases to create raving fans. Help prepare for client appointments, coordinate and implement marketing campaigns and marketing calendar, prepare presentations, enhance my social media presence, maintain and update my web presence and generally be my right-hand person. You will be asked to run errands both professional and personal.
