Administrative/Marketing Coordinator – Whitestone, NY  

Shares of New York Marketing LLC is an established and growing sales and marketing company. We are looking to hire a self-motivated, ambitious, team-oriented individual to administratively support our exclusive on-site sales efforts at Le Havre on the Water and immediately neighboring cooperatives Cryder Point and Cryder House.

This is a full-time salaried position with possibility for growth. A real estate license is not required to apply but the ideal candidate is one who has marketing and social media knowledge or experience. Weekend and evening hours may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory of office supplies and responsible for ordering stock
  • Filing and data organization (digital and hard copy)
  • Organize and coordinate purchase and sale contracts, board packages, and closing documents
  • Data entry into Real Geeks, CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Schedule and coordinate buyer walk-throughs, inspections, and completion of repairs
  • Coordinate the preparation of all buyer and seller marketing materials
  • Manage and update MLS listings and ShowingTime Appointments
  • Regularly assist and coordinate company’s marketing, website, and social media presence
  • Assist with the management of direct mail and lead nurturing campaigns

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Interest in marketing and digital technology
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and careful attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job (candidate can take licensing course at the outset of employment)

Compensation
$30,000 - $50,000 yearly
