Real Estate Administrative and Marketing Assistant

Part-time real estate admin and marketing assistant with real estate experience preferred. If not, must be willing to learn. Looking to grow within my dynamic team.

Part time – up to 29 hours per week.

Must have outstanding people skills, know how to prioritize, have a positive can-do attitude, be proficient in Microsoft Applications, learn new software and processes quickly, highly organized, not afraid of making phone calls, supportive of the team, other agents, and most importantly our customers.

  • Input new listings into the MLS. Including but not limited to –
  • Filling out MLS Data Entry Sheets
  • Uploading property photos into MLS
  • Uploading Offer Instructions Disclosures into MLS attachments
  • Add/Monitor listings on various websites
  • Put together marketing brochures for new listings
  • Design monthly marketing postcards
  • Design Just Listed/Just Sold postcards
  • Meeting with contractors for our Buyers or Sellers
  • Assist with new marketing design and implement as needed
  • Video editing skills for posting to social media channels preferred
  • Put together listing presentations Buyer presentations
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, if needed, with systems used
  • Register potential customers with RELO, on behalf of the Team, as needed
  • Various administrative/assistant duties as needed
  • Manage database CRM, prospects, contacts, and new listings sales
  • Drop off brochures/for sale signs for new listings as needed
  • Attend inspections for/with Buyers Sellers as needed
  • Manage files in the cloud
  • Organize Customer Appreciate Events Giveaways
  • Calling other agents for feedback on their showings of our listings
  • Attend monthly office meetings and office/company training
  • Help to streamline business systems
  • Facilitate mailings to prospects
  • Must pay great attention to details!
  • Excellent, professional speaking and writing skills are a must.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet skills is a must.
  • Positive and supportive personality. Able to understand and anticipate the customers' and team's needs. Can work both with and without supervision. Able to problem-solve
  • Reliable, dependable, and professional
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills. Extremely well organized, and able to organize others as well
  • Ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
  • Great time management skills
  • The expectation is to work with the team and me in my office in southwest Orlando, on-site, and be a licensed driver with reliable transportation and able to show proof of car insurance
