Prime Cash Offer is a real estate solutions company based out of New York. We focus on helping homeowners find solutions for their problems whether they’re going through a foreclosure, can’t sell their property, or just need to sell their house for all kinds of reasons.

We are looking for a remote Administrative Assistant who will work hand in hand with our Disposition Manager to advertise our off-market deals, find potential cash buyers daily, and improve marketing strategies.

Work Details:

• 40 hours per week/ 2 days off / Amenable to shifting schedules / US Eastern Standard Time Zone
• Salary: $5-6/hour USD depending on experience

• To do outbound calls to cash buyers
• Inbound and outbound messaging to our prospective buyers and do follow-ups when needed
• Work hand in hand with the Disposition Manager to sell deals and improve marketing strategies
• Email and social media management
• Prepare and manage email/social media marketing campaigns
• Manage cash buyer’s landing page
• Deploy, manage, and optimize marketing across traditional and non-traditional channels
• Learn and improve marketing practices, including drip campaigns and integrations
• A day in the life: 10% outbound calls, 15% Excel tasks, 75% marketing

• Marketing and creative skills, leadership skills, project management experience
• Able to handle objections effectively, Strong Communication Skills
• 1-2 years of overall work experience (real estate is a plus!)
• Proficiency with Excel, and PowerPoint, and experience with marketing analytics tools.
• Technologically savvy and strong technical aptitude.
• Resourcefulness. There is absolutely nothing that can come between you from achieving your tasks.
• Exceptional organizational skills. You are an exceptionally organized person who coordinates everything to be in their place.
• Excellent quantitative skills; adept at working with and making sense of data from disparate sources

System/equipment requirements:

• Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
• Stable internet connection of at least 3 MBPS
• Backup workstation (preferred) and backup internet (pocket wifi)
• USB noise-canceling headset
