We’re searching for a diligent real estate administrative and marketing assistant. You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll market our brand via social media, YouTube, and arrange company events in the community.   • Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry
  • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork
  • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
  • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness

  • Manage systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support.
  • Oversee all contracts through closing ensuring each transaction complies with real estate legalities.
  • Deliver concierge-level service handling customer inquiries.
  • Handle multi discipline marketing for all listings.
  • Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand.
  • Perform data mining and research.
  • Assist the Team Leader with day-to-day business operations and be a good representative of the company.

  • Real estate license preferred
  • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
  • Communicates well, both verbally and written
  • Available evenings and weekends
  • Must have high school diploma or GED

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Real Estate experience and License is a plus but not required.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • At least 2-3 years of administrative experience.
  • Microsoft Office skills.
  • Video creation, Canva, Toonly, Wondershare, (or equivalent), and social media skills are a must.

$40,000 - $50,000 yearly
