We’re looking for a real estate office manager to streamline our day-to-day procedures and help develop the growth of our staff. Responsibilities include managing our lead database, making customer service calls, assisting agents and VA's, tracking progress and monthly mailings. Responsibilities
  • Schedule team appointments, events, and travel
  • Provide assistance to realtors when needed
  • Track office expenses, do basic bookkeeping, and maintain the monthly budget
  • Produce and update new MLS listings and assist with marketing to ensure social media, photos, signs, and other materials are placed appropriately
  • Direct office procedures and manage all administrative duties and staff to make sure operations run smoothly
Qualifications
  • Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
  • Real estate license is a bonus
  • Over 2 years of prior office management experience or similar work experience in a related field
  • General computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systems
Compensation
$15 hour + Bonuses
