Leading real estate brokerage office in the greater Seattle area is looking for a dynamic individual to join our firm as a full-time Market Center Administrator (MCA). This is the top administrative and operations leader in the office, providing systems and services to improve the productivity of more than 275 real estate brokers. We are GROWING, setting sales records, and are looking for the right person to take the MCA role to the next level by improving systems, helping to recruit and retain brokers, and running a fun and efficient office. Candidates should have natural leadership abilities and strong relationship-building skills, and be a flexible team player. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while still paying attention to detail. 

  • Manage the administrative team while hiring, training, consulting, and holding them accountable
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the point person for complaints or questions
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong administrative skills in order to manage daily operations
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports to be shared with our clients
  • Handle all bookkeeping and payroll
  • Develop an operations manual that documents all systems and procedures
  • Driven to succeed
  • High School diploma plus 2+ years experience in administrative management required
  • Positive and flexible while being able to multi-task
  • Continue to maintain the good will and reputation of the entire team by managing issues appropriately
  • Concerned about doing things the right way
  • Excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills
  • Independent, self-motivated yet also able to work in a team environment successfully
  • Friendly, outgoing personality, able to work with broker associates, clients, and the public
  • Basic accounting experience is helpful, specifically in AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications is required
  • Familiarity with real estate brokerage operations is also helpful but not required. 
$50,000 - $60,000 yearly
