The Office Manager will organize and coordinate Office Administration and procedures, in order to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency. The Office Manager is responsible for keeping the energy high, developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation.

Are you an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats who is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Must have contract knowledge, previous recruiting experience is a plus, be organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

Salary + Bonus

  • Assisting Agents with any and all contract questions
  • Recruiting new talent
  • Implementing office protocols
  • Over-seeing and delegating tasks
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, e-mail, Facebook, Twitter, WordPress and more
  • Utilizes effective problem solving skills in tense situations
  • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Independent, self-motivated yet also able to work in a team environment successfully
  • Strong communications skills are a must
  • High school diploma required
  • 2+ years of administrative management experience required
