This is not a “punch in, punch out” type of position as each day and task is critical to the success of the team.


  • Utilize and manage all systems for clients, lead generation, database management and back office support
  • Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from ratified contract to closing
  • Act as a liaison between clients and agents
  • Input all necessary information into client database and transaction management systems
  • Schedule and coordinate property showings & obtain feedback
  • Manage website, blog sites and social media
  • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries and complaints
  • Review contracts and prepare contract drafts with strong attention to detail, ensuring for a smooth transaction
  • Prepare all listing materials: pre-listing presentation, listing agreement, sellers’ disclosures, research old multiple listing service (MLS) listings, etc.
  • Conduct property research and market analyses for clients
  • Consult & coordinate with sellers all property photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, signage, lockbox, access requirements & marketing activities
  • Interface with lenders, title companies, home inspectors, agents, and contractors
  • Coordinate and market open houses
  • Coordinate marketing events and client activities
  • Participate in company-provided training sessions


  • College degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, settlement/title services, or mortgages highly valued
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
  • EXTREME attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and highly driven individual
  • Desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
  • HIGHLY professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues
  • Familiarity with web-based lead management systems, CRMs, WordPress or other user-friendly website platforms, Top Producer, MailChimp/ConstantContact a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a work-from-home environment

$40,000 - $45,000 yearly
