We are looking for a Part-Time (to start) Real Estate Administrative Coordinator to look after day to day administrative duties and help continue to expand our business and team! This role will become a Full-Time role within the year.
The main objectives of this role are to coordinate and manage administrative functions within the business and facilitate / coordinate all items between the agent, office and clients to ensure efficiencies for the business. Daily interactions will exist between business professionals (including; office staff, other brokers, marketing outlets, photographers, home stagers, etc.), and of course clientele.
