The Minneapolis office of VonFinch Homes is rapidly expanding and we are seeking a driven and capable administrative professional to join our real estate investment team.

Ideal applicant will have an eye for details, outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize numerous tasks in a high-volume, deadline-oriented environment.

The ideal applicant must be able to be assertive when necessary and ensure that things are moving forward correctly with each file, but also have the ability to professionally communicate with our buyers and sellers to provide exceptional customer service. All team members of VonFinch must be highly coachable, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement of self and the team.

Must possess the ability to work autonomously and handle short-notice tasks.

This role works side-by-side with Director of Development and is key to the successful closing of each and every real estate transaction.

A Real Estate license is not required.

Compensation will commensurate with experience.


Administration: 30% of your time will be focused on administrative tasks, including primary responsibility for accounts payable, setting up utilities for purchased properties, scheduling inspections, developing and refining processes that will improve efficiency, managing preferred vendors and more.

Transaction Coordination: 30% of your time will be ensuring that each deal closes smoothly, leaving a happy buyer and seller. This includes working closely with the title company, reviewing and preparing documents, personally coordinating between buyers and sellers, attending closings and more.

Miscellaneous: 40% of your time will be spent on completing short-notice and time-critical tasks assigned to you throughout the week. These tasks may include preparing documents, checking on purchased properties, marketing our investments to other investors, inbound and outbound calls with investors/buyers, setting up property showings for potential buyers, and meeting any other company needs that arise.

  • Provide company with reports of all sales activity on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Manage social media
  • Improve and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
  • Keep detailed notes in our Customer Resource Management (CRM) on a daily basis.
  • Network and grow our list of investor clients who purchase investment properties from our team


  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Candidate must have a growth mindset, with a focus on always improving.
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems and technologies.
  • Show excellent attention to detail for contract writing and review.
  • Must be highly organized with effective time management and self-management skills.
  • Occasional weekend and evening hours required.
  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google suite, etc.
  • Experience in the title industry or legal industry desired but not required.

Real estate experience or license not required.

$35,000 - $55,000 annually based on experience
