The ideal candidate will have experience in administration at a high level, possibly in real estate, leasing, title or mortgage. The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must.
Honestly, we are seeking someone with GRIT! Every position in this company requires you to do WHATEVER IT TAKES to get the goal accomplished! On the admin side there are a few other important traits... attention to detail, follow through, exceptional client care, serving others at a high level (both our Agents, team and those we are able to service).
We are searching for a person who is strong on the admin side of the business for sure, and someone who also who has a drive to push business forward, track goals and help keep the team on track for dominating markets, making millionaires and giving millions back to our communities!
