I am a busy, top-producing Real Estate agent experiencing tremendous growth. It's time to add to my team! I am looking for an exceptional administrative assistant who will manage the back-end and administrative side of my business so I can focus on sales and client care.

My ideal candidate has worked within real estate, knows the lingo, and understands the basics of the industry. However, I would be interested in speaking with those who have worked within the legal profession or other fields where accuracy, consistency, steadiness, and compliance are expected and delivered.

There will be client and vendor interaction, but you won't be physically surrounded by a lot of people. You'll need to be comfortable with working solo and in a more solitary environment. However, I expect that you would be physically in the office a minimum of three days per week. Attending office meetings and weekly training would also be expected. Rather than telling you what to do each day, I'll expect that in short order you'll come to "own" your position, know what needs to be tackled and completed, and will come to me with ideas, platforms, and processes that will increase your efficiency and positively impact my bottom line.

You'll be able to self-manage, act as my eyes and ears, and function as the gatekeeper so I can work free of distractions. You’ll certainly be a vital and valued member of the team! In addition, the ideal candidate will demonstrate great proficiency with technology, is comfortable with all digital/social platforms, and has experience using Microsoft Office, Google Apps, a CRM, and accounting software.

Additional administrative duties include increasing productivity by creating and following office protocols, scheduling important appointments and/or travel arrangements, purchasing office supplies as needed, and assisting in marketing our brand online. If you're a reliable team player who loves to crush their to-do list, I would love to hear from you. This is a leadership position with an opportunity for growth and I seek someone who wants to be in it for the long haul.  

Responsibilities
  • Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements
  • Improve skill sets through employee development programs
  • Schedule appointments, including travel arrangements or other company engagements
  • Oversee online and print marketing efforts
  • Connect with our customer base and raise brand visibility by coordinating community events
  • Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
  • Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates
  • Order office equipment and supplies as needed

  • Organize and maintain daily schedule and all supporting activities for the CEO
  • Manage and work all real estate transactions from contract to close
  • Manage, maintain and grow the database/CRM
  • Track all numbers pertaining to sales, expenses, and marketing
  • Represent us professionally while communicating with clients, vendors, and service providers

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
  • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
  • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus

  • Tech and digital savvy
  • Positive can-do attitude, professional demeanor, and appearance
  • Organized, reliable and consistent; maintains focus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Real estate license a plus but not required

Compensation
$17 - $19 hourly
