The Tricoli Team is a high energy, highly specialized, productivity-driven Real Estate Sales Team. Our intention is to grow our market share and use our successes here to expand.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering, screening and routing phone calls, answering questions, researching properties to get information, assisting clients, agents, buyers and sellers in a variety of ways and supporting the sales team with a variety of tasks including general office duties (scanning, faxing, copying), mailings, preparing marketing materials and maintaining our database.

This is an entry level position with major growth potential!

We are looking to enhance our production and profitability by hiring a motivated, organized, detailed-oriented, and trustworthy team member who will take ownership and responsibility in the overall growth and development of our business.

Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls
  • Directing calls to the correct individual
  • Assisting clients, buyers, sellers and agents
  • Supporting the sales team
  • General office duties including mail, scanning, printing, filing
