The ideal candidate will have experience in administration in real estate, leasing, title or mortgage. The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must.

Coaching and unlimited training is provided to our Administrative Assistant to ensure their personal growth and advancement.

Our administrative assistant will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and exceptional phone manner. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required. This critical position requires someone who can be interrupted frequently, maintain an exceptional attitude, joyfully serve others and share our belief that people come first.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all systems for clients, lead generation, database management and back office support
  • Coordinate marketing events and client activities
  • Manage website, blog sites and social media
  • Act as a liaison between clients and agents
  • Participate in company-provided training sessions
  • Provide concierge level customer service to clients, vendors and agents
  • Enter critical dates for property sales on shared Google Calendar
  • Send out weekly reminders of upcoming critical dates via email
  • Work with Listings Director to schedule photos, signs, events, ads
  • Manage day to day office tasks of the agents, organize workflow and reduce inefficiencies

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
  • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize, manage shifting responsibilities
  • Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly
  • Learning based and solution oriented
  • Continue to maintain the good will and reputation of the entire team
  • Able to solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation
$13 - $15 per hour
