We’re looking for a driven and dedicated administrative assistant to join our growing team. As Team Assistant on a high-performing agent team, you will provide administrative, operational, and marketing support to the principal-agent and team. You will be tasked with building operational systems, implementing administrative processes, and managing end-to-end business operations, overseeing all core social, marketing, and real estate activities. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivator, has exceptional organizational and communication skills, is calm under pressure, able to prioritize and follow up, has a knack for customer service, and is a fast learner. Being organized and having meticulous attention to detail is what you do best - you must be able to pivot between competing priorities and constantly think of ways to streamline the workflow and efficiencies of the team. Technologically savvy, with a solid understanding of Google products, you have a strong creative eye, creating innovative marketing content and progressive marketing campaigns for the principal and team. Responsibilities

  • Implement operational and transactional processes, working with the team to execute best practices in structuring an efficient workflow
  • Work closely and effectively with the principal-agent to keep her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and follow up as necessary
  • Maintain and manage team drives, calendars, contacts, listings, social platforms, and websites
  • Respond to client needs in a timely manner

  • Schedule appointments, open houses, and relevant meetings 
  • Assist with other related clerical duties as required by the team
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects depending on the needs of the office
  • CRM management
  • Transactions and listings management
  • Email and Mail marketing
  • Social media management
  • Help create and organize community outreach events

Qualifications
  • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED

  • 1 year+ administrative support experience
  • Real estate experience working directly with an agent(s) or team
  • Proficiency with Google suite of products
  • Strong technological aptitude and understanding of social media platforms
  • Fast learner and self-motivator
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor at all times 
  • Great ability to focus
  • Calm under pressure

Compensation
$25 hourly
