Currently, we are looking for a Client Care Specialist - this is a full-time position! This is a great opportunity to learn from the best and grow within our team!! This position will act as a liaison between our clients and agents. A real estate salesperson license is preferred, but not required. Prior real estate experience a MUST. Must be able to manage emails, gather receipts and lien waivers per inspection notice, create/update/edit marketing materials in Publisher, draft/send listing and sales contract amendments for signatures, audit listing and sales contract files in both Dotloop and Skyslope, schedule closing appointments, edit photos, lead follow up, social media, and must be tech-savvy.

The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication skills are a must. They have a compelling desire to support the team in achieving success while being committed to grow their own skills and develop into a leader within the team. Responsibilities

  • Build, implement and manage systems for lead generation, database management, and back-office support
  • Oversee all listing files and listing marketing (Brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc.)
  • Manage websites and social media
  • Act as a liaison between clients and agents, work with the lead listing agent to ensure the home is prepared for photoshoot keep agent informed about challenges and issues that need to be handled
  • Work with all preferred vendors, including professional photographers, contractors, etc.
  • Enter critical listing dates on shared Google Calendar send out weekly reminders of upcoming critical dates
  • Continue to take day to day office tasks away from agent, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies
  • Maintain current marketing materials and develop new marketing materials
  • Agent support for writing contracts and amendments, and getting signatures

Qualifications

  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, and Internet skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
  • Concerned with doing things the right way the first time
  • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
  • Open to new ideas and systems
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities

Compensation
$18 - $23/hour based on experience
